Windows-Help.NET has published a review on the PDC build of Windows Longhorn
I finally found some time to download install the "PDC" version of Longhorn (build 4051), the future replacement of Windows XP, which Microsoft made available to MSDN subscribers.
This Longhorn release was dubbed the "PDC" version because Microsoft first handed out this version to attendees of the Professional Developers Conference held at the end of last October in Los Angeles.
