Ars Technica posted a news story that Windows Phone 7 is launching in US exclusively with AT&T
Earlier in the year, AT&T was described as the "premier" carrier for Windows Phone 7 when it launches in the US. The WSJ is now reporting that it's more than that: the carrier will be Microsoft's exclusive launch partner when it releases its new phone platform in the coming weeks.
The Journal also confirmed the previous rumor that phones would go on sale on November 8 in the US, and that the platform will be officially launched at an event on October 11.
