The aesthetic appeal of a black vented mouse with blue LEDs and fans really appeals to me. I'm not sure about the sweaty palms thing but if you have sweaty palms when on your PC, (Cyberperv Geeks Included) then this fan provides a dual benefit to you. You can have a cool looking mouse that keeps at least one of your hands dry.
