Works Glide & D3D

Starts then crashes to desktop instantly. No apparent fix.

Oddly enough this "demo" works better than the full version (at least in Vista x64 itself) but it does take a few tries before it will fully load (crashes to desktop instantly sometimes as said above). Also, do not use any compatibility options on this as it could lock up your machine I've found.
