Lookup "AnalogX" online...
This guy has done some REALLY nice work with small programs for networking, & has one that redirects ports, & hopefully, it can help you!
I know folks use his tool to beat network restrictions on messaging apps (like AIM while they are @ college in Dorm LANS etc.) to use them by redirecting their port requests which are blocked to one like port 80 & it seems to work for them in this capacity... perhaps, it can help you as well!
AnalogX does NICE small single-.exe file GUI graphical apps too... it's his port redirection tool (sorry, I cannot remember the name), or an older character mode one called FPipe I know about!
