2 128mb micron pc133mhz
creative tnt2 ultra
creative slb live value
hollywood magic decoder
domex scuzyyyyy card
win2000 pro full version

right now i am haveing a ***** off a time, the systems runs fine but dosent save the settings i choose exp: resolution settings, new drivers for decoder, scuzzy or any other updates. I went to the Via site and download the latest 4in1 drivers(4.22) and the new agp drivers 4.03. I tried the agp drivers even though my mobo dosn't supprot 4x.
can anyone give some tips, or does any one have the same issues i do. Or is it just that this mother board is not supproted by these specific drivers. help me help me.

Well I have the same motherboard SOYO SY-VBA 133, and the sb uses irq 11 !!!!
So it's not only that you have the agp/dvd card that uses the same irq, but even the sb card uses, though there is a solution for you,
the sound blaster does have a program that permit to change the irq from the card it self:

Here maybe you can solve something out.
Good Luck.
