PCI multimedia audio device???

My media player doesnt have any sound and i was told it could be a this PCI multimedia audio device.......i tried to instal but it wouldnt where can i get one of these???

Sounds like the drivers are not installed. Install drivers from the CD supplied with PC or sound card. Look in manual to see what card you have or you will have to open PC to see what make of card you have...
