can anyone help me?? i wanna use 2 10 gig hard drives and use one for the windows xp and the other for the programs how can id o it???

Yes it is possible. You can add a 2nd hard drive as a slave to the first harddisk, create a new partition e.g. D: drive and create a Program Files folder.
Now, when you install an application and it asks for destination, just specify d:\Program files. Note, not all programs will install on other drives, some will install on C: anyway.
