            <comment>mine says the samething y think UW will not run on win 2000 or XP, but It will run on 98
just left click the UW.exe, go to properties then enable EMS (expantion memory) and the select the thing that says something about ignore windows when its a DOS program (sorry) and that it, it work&#039;t for me when I had win 98 but now that I have win 2000 I cant run it</comment>

            <comment>It does work under Windows 2000/XP if you apply a patch made by Sir Cabirus (this applies to both Ultima Underworld I and II.)

Once this has patched the game executable you can then run it with VDMSound and it plays and sounds great.</comment>
