123IconHunter scans folders and drives on your computer and extracts hidden icons contained in ICO, EXE, DLL, OCX, and other types of files. It is also an Icon Explorer, with an Explorer-like interface that you can browse icons with. Icons can be saved as Icon files (*.ico) or bitmap files (*.bmp).
