We've published a review of AMD's AM2 5000+, including overclocked results, plenty of benchmarks, and some comparisons that others might not be making (especially against our super clocked 4.125GHz Pentium D 930). We also took our AM2 and underclock it to match with an equivalent Socket 939 X2 to see what DDR2 does for the platform.
