AMD Confirms PCIe 4.0 Not Coming to Older Motherboards (X470, X370, B350, A320)

One of the salient points of the next generation Ryzen 3000 CPUs coming next month was the support around PCIe 4.0. As the successor to PCIe 3.0, offering double the bandwidth and a range of other optimizations, the combination of the new technology paired with existing and new AM4 motherboards was always going to generate a bit of an issue with support. AMD, through a Reddit post, and confirmed by our sources at AMD’s partners, has clarified the issue.

Cooler Master MasterBox Q300L and Q300P Cases Review

The Q300L and Q300P are versatile cases, and since they share the same chassis, you have the same options for a system build. Both cases can be used in a horizontal orientation for a low profile look. The big difference is with the Q300P. With it you get two front 120mm RGB fans, as well as a backlit RGB angled top panel. Of course, there are also the top handles and feet at the bottom. Finally, there are the smoked top and front cover panels. Those additions to the Q300P make it an attractive case. The Q300L is not bad at all - aesthetically it is just a bit more mellow than the Q300P.

Can Nvidia gobble up this share of the market with the iteration in front of us today? Well lets get to it and see what we have with the Gigabyte 1650 Gaming 4GB Video Card!

Silicon Power P34A80 PCIe 3x4 M.2 2280 SSD Review

The new P34A80 SSD featuring the Phison E12 controller is quite speedy and performs great even if we are dealing with only 25GB of SLC cache out of the total NAND capacity. We would recommend it for installation in both desktops, laptops and if we do have the possibility, we could pair two of these in a RAID 0 configuration for even higher performance. The Toshiba BiCS TLC NAND is joined by 256MB of Nanya DRAM for tasks such as ECC, wear-leveling and the whole drive is backed up with a 5-year warranty, which makes you wonder if it does worth it to consider a HDD nowadays.
