Enermax Infiniti 720W Review
DriverHeaven has just published the review of the Enermax Infiniti 720W.

If a poll was conducted amongst PC enthusiasts about which PSU manufacturer they prefer, Enermax would certainly be in the top three. They are one of the oldest and most reputable PSU manufacturers, continuously releasing products that never cease to please the perpetually unsatisfied hardcore PC users. Today here at DriverHeaven's we have one of their new high class range PSUs, the Infiniti 720W unit. The Infiniti series is not the most powerful series that Enermax currently produces, but it is loaded with pretty much all features a PSU can have.

XFX nForce 780i SLI Review
bit-tech published a review of XFX's nForce 780i SLI motherboard

It may look better, but it also costs £20 more than an XFX nForce 680i SLI and we'd certainly be tempted to sit back and wait to see if the nForce 780i SLI suffers from the same significantly high number of board deaths that the nForce 680i SLI had - personally I'd choose a company with a good RMA service and warranty period, just to be safe. In that respect, XFX's two year warranty is clearly outshone by its American alternative, EVGA, which offers a fantastic and industry leading ten year warranty.

The nForce 780i SLI suffers from stuff that just hasn't been updated; no solid aluminium capacitors, no re-FABed chipsets on a cooler process, no updated BIOS flashing utilities, no overclocking safe guards and not even a CMOS button.

Even though the XFX nForce 780i SLI performs well, is stable and looks good, it just simply lacks in features I'd expect an enthusiast board to have. I can't help but want to look elsewhere to the Tier One manufacturers for a quiet solution that is better kitted out.

Zalman ZM-VFC2 Multi Fan Controller Review
OCModShop posted Zalman ZM-VFC2 Multi Fan Controller Review

Zalman computer products have been advertising the silencing factor of their products for many years. Most of their heatsinks are even packaged with their "Fanmate" to let the user adjust the fan's RPMs, thereby reducing the noise the fan produces. To achieve a virtually silent computer, some users have used several Fanmates or other rheostats to reduce noise, but since these devices are inside your computer they cannot be easily accessed to dynamically adjust.

This is where Fan Controllers come in, as they allow you to control several different fans from the front of your computer, and usually have an indicator of their performance. Zalman has released their ZM-MFC2 Multi Fan Controller, which is the evolution of their previous fan controller the ZM-MFC 1.

Zalman's has updated everything about this Fan Controller for the 21st century. The device not only supports 4 seperate fans and temperature sensors, but also tells you how much power your PC is using, and displays it all on a very bright, multi-colored VFD display, and each fan is controlled digitally via a jog dial and buttons!

Kingston Media Reader Hi-Speed 19-in-1 Card Reader Review
DragonSteelMods.com posted Kingston Media Reader Hi-Speed 19-in-1 Card Reader Review

While I was reviewing the Kingston CompactFlash Ultimate 266X 4GB Card, I ran into an issue with read speeds on the compact flash cards I was testing, luckily my contact at Kingston was able to send out a press sample of the Kingston 19-in-1 Card Reader, besides helping me finish that review, this card reader has become the swiss army knife for all my flash memory needs.

With nineteen different reader interfaces, I challenge you to find a popular flash memory card that this device will not be able to read. Flash readers are great for transferring data from flash media and for using memory cards as portable storage. The 19-in-1 Card Reader is a USB 2.0 reader, with its small form factor and retractable USB cable, this device is portable to be carried with a laptop and stylish enough to be displayed out on ones desk.

SteelSeries SP Review
XSReviews has reviewed the SteelSeries SP mouse mat

Gaming mice are all the rage, with the ability to crank up the accuracy to 4000DPI and beyond, it's no surprise that hardened PC users are looking to grab one. However, the surface they glide over is as important as the mouse itself, not just in the realm of accurate tracking but friction and movement.

Today I have a SteelSeries mouse pad that follows in there hybrid range, this time with a fully hard top with soft rubber backing to grip your desk. Named the SP Pro Gaming mouse pad, lets see whether it lives up to its name...

Arctic Accelero Xtreme 2900 Review
The Guru of 3D posted Arctic Accelero Xtreme 2900 review

Today Guru3D will be peeking at a product that Arctic cooling is showing off at the CES in Las Vegas as we speak, the all new Accelero Xtreme. it's their new flagship VGA coolers for both the Radeon HD 2900 & GeForce 8800 Ultra, GTX, GTS(G80). Two products are released:

Accelero Xtreme 8800: nVIDIA GeForce 8800Ultra, GTX and GTS(G80)
Accelero Xtreme 2900: ATI Radeon HD 2900XT, Pro

I figured let's opt the Radeon version for testing. Our initial review already has shown that this card is getting ridiculously hot and not just that .. it's so darn noisy. The Accelero Xtreme features with 5 heatpipes, 107 fins and 3 power managed fans. But is that beast sufficient enough to cool that red beast ?
