Driver Heaven posted a review on the Ultra M998 Chassis

One of the most challenging aspects of assembling a system is to hide the cables, making it look as clean and tidy as possible. Every enthusiast likes to have a good looking system and for modders this is considered a necessity. Ultra have always tried to satisfy modders, after all they are the company who first released modular PSUs. The m998 chassis we are looking at today is named after an old army vehicle and it is loaded with features, some of which are very useful.

Epson Stylus DX7400 Review
Bios Magazine posted a review on the Epson Stylus DX7400 printer

The DX7400 is Epson's mid-range all-in-one. There are much better machines if money isn't an issue, but if you're value driven the dark grey-blue DX7400 is worth considering as it features Epson's excellent DURABrite Ultra individual inks, memory card slots and PictBridge direct printing. Print quality isn't too bad either and it's a snap to use, though if you're looking for a machine for your home office you will miss the lack of a built-in fax, optional ADF (Automatic Document Feeder), and even Ethernet.

Techconnect Magazine has posted a new article on the PC Power & Cooling's Silencer 610W power supply unit.

The Silencer 610 EPS12V comes from PC Power & Cooling's high-performance portfolio and is, almost ironically, also one of the lowest-powered units to have been equipped with the company's proprietary technologies and also feature SLI certification.

Xigmatek XP-S964 & HDT-S1283 Direct Touch Heatpipe Cooler Review
Metku took a closer look at Xigmatek's latest heatpipe coolers with Direct Touch Technology.

A few years back some aftermarket cooler manufacturers introduced copper core- and full copper heatsinks to the world of CPU-cooling. Copper is better at conducting heat than aluminum, so this was a logical step forward. It's also known that heatpipes get the job done even better than pure copper ones, so why not remove the copper base completely? Now we're going to take a look at couple of coolers that do exactly that.

OCZ PC3-10666 ReaperX 4GB Memory Kit Review
3D Game Man has posted a review on the OCZ PC3-10666 ReaperX 4GB Memory Kit

At first glance this memory is very impressive and it's doesn't just stop at great looks. At PC3-10666 speeds the memory can generate a fair amount of heat. Thankfully the heatpipe/heatsink combo used works extremely well and it allows the modules to remain cool. Of course excellent case ventilation is required for it to work to its full potential.

Coolit Freezone Elite/Pure CPU Coolers Review
DriverHeaven posted a review on the Coolit Freezone Elite/Pure CPU Coolers

Let's be honest, CPU coolers are not usually the most exciting product in the world. We all need one, or two, and the quieter the better. Many users also want to ensure that the performance of their cooler allows them to reduce the CPU temperature as much as possible and maybe even dabble in some overclocking without risking the processors long term health.

There are of course enthusiast users who want to get as much performance as possible out of their components and for that they require some serious cooling. These are exactly the users that CoolIT are targeting with their pre-plumbed and factory sealed Freezone Elite which makes use of maintenance refrigerated liquid. For the beginner enthusiast or more price conscious user the Pure CPU cooler shares many of the same components as the Elite and we will be taking a look at both products today.

In Win B2 Stealth Bomber Case Review
OCC has published a new review of the In Win B2 Stealth Bomber case

On the front of the case is where you will find all of the buttons you need to use the case. There is a power button as well as a little red button, which is the button that you press to activate the drive bay cover's motor. That's right, the drive bay cover has a motor on it that flips the cover from the closed position covering the drive bays to an open position that will expose them all. If for some reason you need to open the front cover without using the button, such as when the computer is off and you need to get to a drive you have under there, you are covered. There is a "Rescue" switch that you are able to toggle between automatic and manual which will shut the motor off when engaged in the manual setting.

Tagan BZ900 900W PSU Review
Overclockers Online has posted a new review on the Tagan BZ900 900W PSU

Tagan has on its hand a truly interesting product. The BZ900 900W is a top notch performer, it held its ground amidst the harsh testing environment and did so while acoustically remaining fairly silent. And who could forget the lights. This unit packs enough LEDs for its own light show! For the modders, the BZ900 900W is second to none. Unfortunately, for those who would rather a more subtle power supply, there is no switch for the lights and or fix without first getting to work with a pair of wire cutters.

Apevia X-QBOII Micro-ATX Case Review
OCIA.net has posted their review of the Apevia X-QBOII Micro-ATX Case.

One of my all-time favorite cases has been the X-Jupiter tower, one that until just recently I had been using as my primary enclosure. Today I'll be taking a look at the new X-QBOII, a micro-tower case that appears to be sort of a scaled-down version of the X-Supra mid-tower, also recently reviewed here at OCIA.net.

AMD 780G & Athlon X2 4850e (ECS A780GM-A) review
The Guru of 3D takes a look at the AMD 780G chipset and Athlon X2 4850e processor

AMD recently released their AMD 780G mainboard chipset & Athlon X2 4850e processor. A good moment to see what this new chipset can offer. Guru3D took the all new 780G based ECS A780GM-A mainboard. The AMD 780G chipset features integrated DirectX 10 compliant graphics and a wealth of other features. That said, 780G and Athlon X2 4850e performed well.

Especially so when you consider that the CPU retails for only $89 and the CPU with the mainboard will cost around $160. I have been testing a system for a little over a week now with the new 780G chipset and the Athlon X2 4850e. I have to say, I am pretty impressed with the system. Its not the power horse a heavy gamer would want, but for an entry level PC, HTPC or an occasional gamer, its really good. It comes with everything integrated, up-to a HDMI port. Definitely check this article out.

ASUS GeForce 8800GS TOP 384MB Review
TweakTown posted a review on the ASUS GeForce 8800GS TOP 384MB

While there were whispers of the 8800GS in the background, it was never really one of those cards that got much attention. Everyone was too busy concentrating on the 8800GT and new 8800GTS 512MB card to really pay much attention to it.

ASUS are only one of two companies in Australia who have an 8800GS on the market here. The only other company who chose to take up the card and release it locally was XFX. The card seems to be a bit of a weird model and we’re not too sure where it will sit. The card should sit behind a 8800GT, but the 9600GT also sits just behind it. It’s possible that both cards perform quite similar and companies chose to uptake the 9 series model over the ageing 8800 series.

OrigenAE C10 Low Profile CPU Cooler Review

Most HTPC users will find that there are only a limited number of CPU coolers available to use in most HTPC cases because of their smaller size. OrigenAE created the C10 to help fill that void. The C10 has three U-shaped copper heatpipes that come in direct contact with the CPU, and 35 aluminum fins behind a standard size 70mm fan.

Honeywell 80 GB SecuraDrive Portable Drive Review
Bjorn3D takes a look at the Honeywell 80 GB SecuraDrive Portable Drive.

We were recently contacted by SOYO, a company that has its hand in designing and manufacturing many products in the consumer electronics field. It seems SOYO and Honeywell, a household name in consumer electronics, have partnered to manufacture a series of portable drives, ranging in size from 80GB to 160GB. These drives are of the mini hard drive variety as opposed to flash drives which have no moving parts and are marketed using the Honeywell name. They utilize a 1.8' drive operating at 4200 RPMs. After reading the specs we were quite anxious to review one of these little treasures. Today, after extensive testing, it is our pleasure to present our findings regarding the Honeywell 80 GB SecuraDrive.
