Gamepyre posted a review on the Sandio 3D Gaming O Mouse

The 3D Game O' is with out a doubt a step above most gaming mice on the market. It will take a bit of getting used to with the button layout, but a determined gamer will find it to be a valuable resource. I continue to read cases where a gaming mouse is dinged points if falls in the $75-100 price range, however I disagree with this as it has become the norm to spend this amount for a good quality, laser gaming mouse. The 3D Game O' sports a suggested retail cost of $79.99 and earns its keep. Equipped with the versatility of multiple dpi setting that are effortlessly changed, even verbally confirmed the 3D Game O' has much to offer. Add in the easily configurable 3d buttons and Sandio has successfully made their mark in the gaming community.

HardwareLogic posted a review on the Super Talent T1000UX2G5 PC2-8000 Memory

With Microsoft's Vista operating system and newer games like Supreme Commander sucking up system resources, 2GB of system memory is no longer a luxury, it's is fast becoming a necessity. However, not any 2GB kits will do the job, save for those running systems from Dell, Gateway, etc. For them, they'll probably never know the difference or benefits of a quality memory kit. But for those who pride themselves on benchmarking and fine tuning their systems to the cutting edge, only high octane components will do.

3D Game Man posted a review on the HP W19E Widescreen LCD

After using this monitor for the last couple weeks, I can say that I have not had any problems with it. There were a couple of times where I thought I had dead or stuck pixels, but rapid color changes eventually took those away. Also using the VGA connection, I noticed a bit of grainy signal when all black. This went away when using the DVI connection.

Benchmark Reviews posted a review on the Lian Li PC-B20A Aluminum ATX Case

Well known to computer enthusiasts and gamers alike, Lian Li has built a name based on performance and quality above everything else. Every single product released by Lian Li has had meticulous attention paid to details which the competition usually ignores. Clearly, there is no equal to Lian Li, especially in terms of construction and craftsmanship, but even the closest competitors have learned not to try and one-up Lian Li at their own game. In this review, the Lian Li PC-B20A (A for Aluminum Finish) mid-tower ATX computer case is up for close inspection. Labeled as part of the Classical Silent family from Lian Li, you will soon see if this should deserve to be your next investment.

3D Game Man takes a look at the Geeks 500GB USB2 External HDD Kit

This product is exactly what you would expect; a great deal. The hard drive has a ton of space to work with and would be of great use for the working person that needs to transfer lots of large files from work to home and back again on a consistent basis. The fact that the hard drive is refurbished, I would not necessarily place my most valued documents on it for backup. But hey, you never know. This drive could last you a whole lot longer than the six months it is covered for under warrant.

Hardware Pacers has posted a review on the Thermaltake Typhoon Value Pack

Today we will be looking at one of Thermaltake's robust CPU coolers, the Typhoon Value Pack. Thermaltake's Mini Typhoon Value Pack is one of the coolest looking CPU coolers the hardware pacers team has seen. In addition to its cool and sleek look, the functionality is top notch. Dare we say that the Typhoon value pack is the V8 HEMI engine of the CPU air cooling world. Its cool look with 3000 RPM 92mm top fan combined with two side 3000 RPM 50mm Blue-Led fans makes the Typhoon a forced to be reckoned with. Heat dissipates from a processor when the Typhoon name is mentioned. This CPU cooler is the gold standard in air-cooling systems.

Dragonsteel Mods posted a review on the iMONO SD2Go SIM Card Reader

Cellphones are extremely popular as we all know, pretty much everyone has one kind or another. Quite a few cellphones, use the SIM card system, something that I like very much personally. I like being able to just pop my SIM card into another phone and off I go. I have a PDA type phone and I also have a couple 'cheapie' phones that I use when I know I'll be doing something that could damage my SmartPhone. I just pop my SIM card into the other phone and away I go with another phone. Usually your contacts are stored on the SIM card and can't be accessed unless you bought the optional, expensive data cable. Today for review Brando WorkShop sent me over a cool little card reader that not only reads memory cards, but includes that ability to read SIM cards as well, and even included software to help edit and backup all your contacts without the use of that expensive data cable...

MadPenguin.org posted Audacity 1.3.2 Beta Review

I’m thrilled to report that the latest beta of Audacity is indeed, just what the doctor ordered. If you have been an Audacity fan with your favorite distribution, you likely remember the headache of doing something as simple as assigning the proper sound device settings when working with something like a USB headset. Seriously, with the exception of higher end equipment, who is going to use that lousy mic jack built into their sound card when I can enjoy the noise canceling goodness of my USB headset?

OSWeekly.com poste a review on Beryl

To this day, I still have to smile when new Linux users decide to take the plunge because they want the cool looking visual effects that Beryl offers. To some limited degree, I can understand the motivation. The stunning videos on YouTube are certainly compelling to those who have never tried to use the setup themselves. Unfortunately, there are still some valid reasons for sticking with the alternatives for the time being. Let's explore some of the issues that I have found with using Beryl.
