DragonSteelMods posted a review on the Look 313 Media Multifunctional 330K Pixel Video Camera

Today for review I've got a gadget that claims to be a multifunctional web camera, it's got a USB Hub, built in speakers and connections for a microphone and headset. To be honest it's really not all that multifunctional of a gadget. The only redeeming quality is the videos that it can take, they are very good, but even that has a downside, there is no microphone built in. In this day and age how can you have a webcam with no microphone? Honestly I was kind of excited about this product, and then I started playing with it... Read on to learn more..

XSReviews has reviewed the Xilence Power 600w Gaming Edition

Silence is something that many require when it comes to PSUs and many companies have begun to cash in on it with buzz words like "Silent" and "Whisper Quiet" being placed all over packaging. Today however, I have a company that has "silence" in their name, well, sort of. Here with me is the Xilence Power 600w Gaming Edition. Well, let's see if its Xilent and if it games well; to the test bed!

TrustedReviews have looked at the D-Link NetDefend DFL-210

The majority of budget priced broadband routers provide a basic level of firewall protection but for many small to medium businesses this isn’t enough. They want features such as a high throughput firewall they can customize for business use, and not games, plus VPN termination along with traffic management and user authentication as well. D-Link’s latest DFL-210 aims to offer these features and more and all at an affordable price.

TrustedReviews have looked at the Sony VAIO VGN-TZ12VN

To be honest, this is the machine that I really wanted to look at, because this is the first Sony notebook to ship with a solid state hard drive, which goes a long way to explain the cost. For me, solid state drives and ultra-portable notebooks are the perfect match. In fact, my current notebook is just that – a Samsung Q40 with a 32GB solid state drive – and I’ve been more than happy to trade off capacity for lightning fast access times.

TrustedReviews have looked at the Acer v200 series Portable Navigator

In theory this line-up should be able to compete with offerings from the likes of TomTom, Garmin and in particular Mio, whose products run on the same operating system core. Alas, the sum of the v200's various parts is rather less than one might hope for.

HotHardware evaluate the features, overclockability, and performance of two Abit-built motherboards, the IP35 Pro (P35) and AB9 QuadGT (P965) for Intel LGA775-based processors.

The dilemma is, if you wanted a mid-range to high-end Intel powered system using an Intel-built chipset, which is the best choice? While most enthusiasts gravitate towards the latest and greatest, there is definitely something to be said for new products which are based on more mature chipsets like the 965. The kinks have been worked out, feature sets are typically stable and perform well, and they usually offer a much better experience 'out of the box' rather than dealing with first generation hardware and their usual driver issues and quirks.

BIOS Magazine posted a review on the Fujitsu-Siemens LifeBook P1610

An update to 2005's Lifebook P1510, Fujitsu-Siemens' LifeBook
P1610 (around 1671) is a very good example of the maturing Tablet PC market. Weighing less than 1kg (232x167x37mm) the system offers a modest level of performance and excellent mobility for typical business users. The silver-and-black machine is intriguing to the eye, mostly due to its compact size, but it's only when you swivel and lay the display flat onto the keyboard that the system comes to life.

techPowerUp posted a review on the Zotac Passive GeForce 8600 GT ZONE Edition

Zotac's new GeForce 8600 GT ZONE Edition is running without any form of active cooling. It also has an audio input which allows you to feed external audio into the HDMI stream which is output via DVI plus an adapter, which is included of course. Every now and then, a little-known company comes out of the ether and delivers a product that is revolutionary. Mvix believes its MV-5000U media-playing hard enclosure is a candidate for these laurels. However, the MV-5000U isn't all it's cracked up to be, but shows promise. Read on to find out why.

Ninjalane has just posted their review of the CoolerMaster Vortex 752 CPU cooler.

When it comes to CPU aircooling the current trend is all about heatpipes, and why not? Heatpipe coolers are in some instances better than the traditional block style heatsinks and only require a small amount of airflow to work. The only inherent drawback would be size, as heatpipe coolers tend to be rather large.

TrustedReviews have looked at Wayfinder Navigator 7

Wayfinder Navigator 7, however, takes the concept of the connected sat-nav system to extremes. Instead of storing the maps on a data card locally Wayfinder takes your route request and sends map, route and other pertinent data in small chunks to the phone as and when required.

TrustedReviews have looked at the Olympus E-510 Digital SLR

Then it dawned on me – the scene on the monitor… I’m so used to using compact digital cameras with live monitor views that it just didn’t strike me as unusual to be seeing the same thing on the E-510. But of course the E-510 is an SLR, and SLRs don’t have live view. Except this one does.

TrustedReviews have looked at the ViewSonic VX2255wmh 22in LCD

Our sample is the piano-key white edition, the VX2255wmh, while there's also a piano black edition with the 'wmb' model suffix. If anything we prefer a black finish, but glossy white isn't without its appeal and Apple users will certainly appreciate the potential synergy. For its part this ViewSonic isn’t as ornate as the rather overpriced Apple displays, but the design is still attractive.
