Arctic Cooling Freezer 7 Pro CPU Cooler Review
Hardwarecanucks posted a review of the Arctic Cooling Freezer 7 Pro CPU Cooler

With regards to the Arctic Cooling Freezer 7 Pro you can expect to get some very impressive cooling results when compared to a stock Intel Cooler. An improvement of 7°C at stock speeds and upwards of 16°C on a heavy overclock will not only benefit longterm CPU health, but will also provide a lot more headroom for a higher overclock

Sapphire Radeon HD 2400 XT + HD 2600 XT Review
TweakTown posted a review on the Sapphire Radeon HD 2400 XT + HD 2600 XT

AMD have got their whole mid-range lineup well and truly going now and we had a look at Palit and their HD 2600 cards the other week; now it’s time to have a look at the Sapphire HD 2600 XT and HD 2400 XT.

The question is though, is it enough for us to recommend them over the 8600 series? Well at the time of writing about the Palit cards, almost! Since then a new driver set has come out in the form of the Catalyst 7.8 and some serious speed increases were seen for the mid-range cards. This could be enough for them to be the card of choice for users on a budget.

Toshiba R500 Notebook Review
XYZ Computing posted a review on the Toshiba R500 Notebook

The R500 received a lot of hype right from the start because of a few important distinctions. First of all, the R500 was (and still is) the slimmest notebook currently available with an optical drive. Its 7mm thick drive allows a total closed system height of just 0.77". Not long after the initial announcement the R500 made more headlines when different SKUs were announced, one of which (the R500-S5003) was called the world's lightest 12" notebook. At 1.7lbs for model with a 12.1" LCD (though no optical drive) this version of the R500 is obviously an incredible system, though its 64GB solid-state disk also helps to set it apart from the crowd. The R500 also touts the longest battery life of any 12.1" widescreen notebook, though this is something that we will look into more closely.

Humanscale CPU 600 PC Holder Review
I4U NEWS reviews the Humanscale CPU 600 PC Holder.

Today we are going to take a look at a product from Humanscale called the CPU 600. This product is designed to lift your CPU case off the floor and help air flow to your system by getting the CPU up under the desk. The CPU 600 is large enough for the majority of mid tower cases, but if you use a full tower case it won't fit. The CPU holder is mounted to the underside of your desk and includes the hardware that you need for installation.

Seasonic S12-II 500W Power Supply Review
PC Stats posted Seasonic S12-II 500W Power Supply Review

Seasonic power supplies have gotten a bit more stylish over the years, but we don't judge them by the outside. It's the circuitry on the inside that really matters. The Seasonic S12 II 500W power supply PCSTATS is testing today is exactly the same as the S12 model that came before it, except for the addition of a single conductive polymer aluminum solid capacitor on the all important 12V rail. The company hasn't replaced every single electrolytic capacitor in the unit with this type, just the one voltage rail where reliability is likely to matter the most.

Project Danger Den Water Box Plus Case (Part 1)
OCC has published part 1 of a new review on the Project Danger Den Water Box Plus Case

After weighing the options on the case we decided on an acrylic case. The reason for that is it kind of fits our "looks good" requirement. With the wow factor that a well done acrylic cases presents, it was a no brainer. Now seeing that acrylic is the way we want to go, what looks just incredible in an acrylic case? You guessed it! A well designed water cooling system. Throw a little UV dye in the fluid, along with a board with UV reactive components and wiring, and it just looks amazing.

Palit HD 2600 XT - Speed vs Memory
TweakTown posted a review on the Palit HD 2600 XT video card

In a war that has spanned over decades which has caused tension between the enthusiast and the noob, we all ask what’s better; more memory or more speed. Palit continue to expand the “Super” and “Sonic” line up with each new release from AMD. The latest participants to the epic battle is the HD 2600 XT, coming standard with 256MB of GDDR3 memory Palit have taken it upon themselves to offer three models.

There’s the standard model which we don’t really care about, because everyone knows that standard is boring. We then have the Sonic which is an overclocked 256MB GDDR3 card, and in the other corner we have the Super which comes in at stock clocks but carries with it 512MB of GDDR3 memory.

Coollaboratory Liquid Pro Thermal Compound Review
OCIA.net takes a look at the Coollaboratory Liquid Pro Thermal Compound in their latest review.

Coollaboratory's Liquid Pro and Shin Etsu's X23 have been fighting for the lime-light for the past few years, but only tested by a few American (or other English speaking language countries) review sites. Everyone seems to get different results, all with a "clear winner," which brings into question the idea that thermal compounds really do differ from one another. Today, we're reviewing Coollaboratory's Liquid Pro to see for sure if this difference exists.

NEC MultiSync LCD2470WNX Review
TrustedReviews have looked at the NEC MultiSync LCD2470WNX

NEC monitors may be thick from the side, but they're certainly not stupid. NEC delivers another master class in vibrancy, colour accuracy and viewing angles, making this a fine choice for office or photographic work. Grumbles such as its lack of HDMI or component, and some minor other issues, mean it's not ideal for the gamer, though the price would probably be enough to put them off.

Philips 32PFL7562D 32in LCD TV Review
TrustedReviews have looked at the Philips 32PFL7562D 32in LCD TV

If you look carefully, it's easy to see the ‘cracks' left by the features the 32PFL7562D has had to go without in order to hit its low price. But with some judicious tweaking of the TV's settings, it's possible to at least partially Polyfilla over some of those cracks, leaving you with a TV that easily outperforms its price point.

Gigabyte ODIN 550W PSU Review
OC Workbench posted a review on the Gigabyte ODIN 550W PSU

Power supply has never evolved much since the ATX days, except having a few more power connectors and higher power rating. In the past, you can't do much with a power supply other than powering your hardware. Today, Gigabyte ODIN GT series of power supply is probably the smartest PSU in the market, with temperature, fans speed, current and voltage monitoring and fine-tuning at your finger tips using Gigabyte P-Tuner software. But that's not all; the Gigabyte ODIN series features a Smart Cable Management a modular system for users to customise the power cables to suit their needs no more unused cables that interrupt the airflow.

Xclio Propeller Black Computer Case W/ 360mm Side Fan Review
Tweaknews.net posted a review on the Xclio Propeller Black Computer Case W/ 360mm Side Fan

I had high hopes for the Propeller, considering how much I liked XClio's 188A chassis, but it wasn't to be. When considering a budget case, there are some shortcomings one can ignore. The Spartan interior is roomy, but doesn't have many amenities or innovative features. I know how to use a screwdriver; I can deal with that. Especially considering the Propellers low cost. On close examination, it lacks the kind of fit and finish I like to see in a chassis, but for $65 and a 360mm fan, I can live with it.
