GSkill F2-8000PHU2 1GBHZ DDR2 Review
VR-Zone has a review up on the new GSkill F2-8000PHU2 1GBHZ 512MBx2 DDR2 kit

To make things interesting, we have tested the pair of memories from 2.2V all the way up to 3.2V and the memories scale very well indeed attaining DDR2-1232 4-4-4-5 @ 2.7V and DDR2-1044 3-3-3-5 @ 3.2V.

Company of Heroes Review
TrustedReviews have looked at the Company of Heroes

It’s always curious when the first game a new title brings to mind is something in a completely different genre, but if Relic’s new RTS has a comparison point, it’s last year’s Call of Duty 2. Like Infinity Ward’s WWII FPS, it uses new technology, cinematic techniques and great game design to persuade you to play a type of game you should be sick and tired of, and actually make it feel fresh and thrilling. Even if you never wanted to see another RTS or another WWII game in your life – and certainly not something that combined the two – you really should change your mind about this one. Company of Heroes is one of this year’s few bona fide classics.

GIGABYTE 965P-DS3 Motherboard Review
Motherboard.org posted a review on the GIGABYTE 965P-DS3 Motherboard

The first foray into the Intel 965 world has left me with a few very good positives. First, performance seems to have increased over earlier chipsets, due to the new memory controller. Second plus of the new chipset is the new South Bridge, the ICH8R. GIGABYTE decided to take the chipset and make a good board out if it. There are a variety of boards being offered by GIGABYTE using this and the new G965 (with integrated video) chipset.

Crucial Ballistix PC2-6400 Memory Review
3D Game Man posted a review on the Crucial Ballistix PC2-6400 Memory

During testing, the memory modules never had a hiccup. MemTest, Sandra, ScienceMark and others could not make this memory skip a beat. It ran rock solid during all tests and even never really ran hot to the touch. The Ballistix line of memory runs very cool compared to others that require large and elaborate heat sinks. Even with a mild over clock and voltage push, these modules laughed at the idea of failure.

Cooler Master Mystique 632 ATX Case Review
PC Apex posted a review on the Cooler Master Mystique 632 ATX Case

The first things you'll notice when removing all the packaging are the unique front doors and its light weight due to its aluminum construction. The doors are set up in a clam shell design which open simultaneously thanks to a gear mechanism linking them together. The action of the doors is very smooth and there are three magnets in the right door to keep them securely closed.

A Cheap Video Card that Doesn't Suck - eVGA 7600GT PCI
OCModShop takes a look at the eVGA 7600GT PCIe video card

The GeForce 7600 GT is based on the G73 core and is essentially half of Nvidia's flagship single core product, the 7900 GTX; it has half the pixel pipelines (more recently referred to as ALUs), half the raster operators, and half the texture units. But since the 7900 GTX is insanely fast anyway, and the 7600 GT core and memory are clocked just a little slower than the 7900 GTX, the 7600 GT is plenty fast.

Apple MacBook 13-inch 1.83GHz Follow-Up
TheTechLounge posted a follow-up on their Apple MacBook 13-inch 1.83GHz review

In my MacBook review almost two months ago, my final recommendation was a bit open-ended. My first technical support experience with Apple was very positive. My AC adapter broke and the folks at the Apple Store were creative in finding an adequate solution before I left for a vacation. However, my second experience didn’t go so well.

OCZ Roadster USB2 Flash Drive Review
3D Game Man takes a look at the OCZ Roadster USB2 Flash Drive

While there are countless USB2 flash drives on the market, few are as compact as the OCZ Roadster USB2 Flash Drive though. One impressive feature is it's foldable, which protects the drive and looks cool. If you don't have a USB2 flash drive, you are one of the very few. With flash drives so inexpensive it's almost inexcusable not to have one for backing up or transporting data.

Bigfoot Networks Killer NIC Review
HotHardware.com posted a review of Bigfoot Network's Killer NIC

By now, we're all familiar with Creative Labs' Audigy and X-Fi audio processors. A startup known as AISeek is working on an Artificial Intelligence accelerator for the PC. Ageia's PhysX processor is already on store shelves, and the product we'll be looking at today, the Killer NIC, is designed to offload some network functions from the CPU. Bigfoot Networks' Killer NIC is more than just a beefed up network card though. In fact, the Killer is more of a "system on a card" than a NIC.

OCZ EvoStream 600w Modular PSU Review
OCIA.net takes a look at the OCZ EvoStream 600w Modular PSU in their latest review

It is easily the best looking unit I have seen in person to date. The reflection that the EvoStream gives off is amazing. But, like anything that is shiny, it picks up dirt and especially fingerprints very easily. I was careful in handling the unit during the photo shoot to minimize getting it dirty.

Crucial Gizmo! Overdrive Review
BCC Hardware takes a look at the Crucial Gizmo! Overdrive

When working with small files, the Crucial Gizmo! Overdrive is only about 7% faster than the Soultek 150x SD card when reading files but is about 40% faster when it comes to writing files. When we switch over and use large files, the difference is amazing. The Gizmo! Overdrive decimates the Soultek flash card by 340% when it comes to reading data and an amazing 130% when it comes to writing data. 150x flash has nothing on a Gizmo! Overdrive.

Visiontek Radeon X1300 256MB PCI Review
Elite Bastards put up Visiontek Radeon X1300 256MB PCI review

Aside from featuring a PCI rather than PCI Express interface, this board from Visiontek also deviates with regard to clock speeds. While your average Radeon X1300 board comes with both core and memory clocks of 400MHz, we see these numbers boosted substantially by Visiontek. Firstly, the core present on this board is clocked at 450MHz, with memory also getting a rather large increase, featuring as it does 256MB of DDR2 memory clocked at 533MHz.

Taking a look at the board, we can see that (with a change of back plate) it is also suitable for systems that require half-height expansion boards, which may come in handy for some, especially considering that these are often the kind of systems left bereft of AGP or PCI Express slots. Aside from that, the cooler is a typical, functional affair seen on many a Radeon X1300 board since the SKUs launch last year. Despite the PCI interface delivering less power than either AGP or PCI Express 16x, no external power is required thankfully.
