Storage Options 7" Scroll Capacitive Multi-Touch Screen Tablet Review
eTeknix.com posted Storage Options 7" Scroll Capacitive Multi-Touch Screen Tablet Review

Before I start this, I will make it clear. I own an iPhone, and have always owned one and because of that fact, I've never had a chance to fully explore the world of Android, but I'll be stepping into this with a fresh perspective and will try not to analyse the operating system to much but focus more on the device itself, as at the end of the day, Storage Options make the tablet, not the operating system.

You may remember a little while ago, we took a look at the miScroll from the same manufacturer and whilst it was a great product for the price, it was lacking something in the fact that it has a resistive screen. Today we're taking a look at the same product, pretty much,
but with a slightly improved design and the main important aspect; this model has a capacitive screen.

A capacitive screen has some key features and relies on the electrical properties of the human body, meaning that only a very light touch is needed opposed to adding unnecessary pressure as you would with a resistive screen.

QPAD MK-80 Keyboard Review
Vortez posted a review on the QPAD MK-80 Keyboard

The MK-80 full mechanical keyboard not only has the same features we have come to know and love with the current run of mechanical keyboards but something I have been begging manufacturers for, backlighting. This of course isn't the only feature of the QPAD MK-80 as there are a few other items that set this keyboard apart from the ever increasing crowd. Rather than stick with the tried and tested Cherry MX Black switches, the QPAD MK-80 has opted for the much more tactile Cherry Blue switches which is certainly an interesting proposition given that they are very different (as different as keyboard switches can be) from the Cherry MX Black switches. How this transfers to the performance of the keyboard we shall investigate later in the review.

XFX WarPad Mouse Pad Review
TechwareLabs posted a review on the XFX WarPad Mouse Pad

Gaming mouse pads are the sort of product where there isn't a lot of guidance on how things should be done. There's no ATX spec to conform to, no IEEE guidelines to follow. There are only really two factors to consider: comfort, and accuracy. Not many have given much thought to comfort, though. XFX looks to buck that trend with the WarPad, a unique mousepad with some unique properties. Read on to see how it holds up.

ASUS ENGTX570 DirectCU II Video Card Review
Legit Reviews posted a review on the ASUS ENGTX570 DirectCU II Video Card

Is it a coincidence that it is around Halloween and ASUS would send us a wolf in sheep's clothing? The GTX 570 DirectCU II is a triple slot cooling monster with a sheepish factory overclock and sexy sweet looks. Sure it is massive and looks good but how does it perform? Legit Reviews throws it onto our test bench to find out if giving up three slots allows us to overclock this sheep into a wolf.

ASUS comes to play and brings its monster cooling costume to the party. They really have a winning solution in the DirectCU II design and it shows in the tests and especially the overclocking ability of the ASUS GTX 570 DirectCU II. We loved the feel of this card both in the mass and the solid aluminum fan shroud, no plastic here..

AMD vs Intel: Bulldozer vs Sandy Bridge
HCW posted a comparison review between Bulldozer vs Sandy Bridge

Perhaps it's fittingly late, but we have finally published our review of the AMD FX lineup of CPUs. We included the FX 8150, and replicated an 8120 and a theoretical "61xx" which makes use of three of the Bulldozer modules, but with full L3 cache.

We put all the CPUs against the full lineup of Intel Sandy Bridge processors in the price range, and included a few extras, and even Llano.

SanDisk Ultra 120GB SF-1200 Solid State Drive Review
TweakTown posted SanDisk Ultra 120GB SF-1200 Solid State Drive Review

SanDisk, creator of many things consumer has produced a very consumer friendly SSD based on mature technology from yesteryear. By giving the SF-1200 controller time to mature, SanDisk and their customers will forego all of the little issues we had on the very first SandForce controlled products. This strategy should be very good for a company whose primary market is your mainstream computing mom and dad, not the 'cost is no object - speed is all that matters' crowd that gathers here.

Just because the new SanDisk Ultra isn't an enthusiast part, it doesn't get a pass on going through our ringer. We're actually very excited to see what SanDisk bring to the table because this drive isn't a cookie cutter Team SandForce product by any means. SanDisk, also a NAND flash producer has chosen their own 3Xnm flash to pair with the SF-1200, a combination we've yet to see to date.

Hitachi G-DRIVE Mini & Touro Mobile Pro 750 GB Review
OCC has published a review on the Hitachi G-DRIVE Mini & Touro Mobile Pro 750 GB

Both have a very small footprint and can fit easily in a pocket, backpack, purse, or laptop bag. The free 3 GB cloud storage space is a very nice inclusion to the Touro Mobile Pro. If you have any extremely important irreplaceable-if-lost data, then you can copy it both to the drive and cloud storage for triple-redundant protection! If 3 GB isn't enough, 250 GB storage is also offered for $49/year.

GeIL Enhance Corsa DDR3 1333MHz 8GB Memory Kit Review
eTeknix.com posted a review on the GeIL Enhance Corsa DDR3 1333MHz 8GB Memory Kit

GeIL have been attempting to bring their branding and their name back into the market, with extreme efforts being focussed on in the UK. They have done so with a new range of memory products with the Corsa branding of which weve already looked at the 2133MHz Evo Corsa 8GB kit a little while ago, but for a lot of consumers, 2133MHz is still overkill.

Benchmark Reviews posted a review on the Roccat ISKU Illuminated Gaming Keybaord

Roccat has shown us here at Benchmark Reviews that it has what it takes to compete successfully in the gaming mouse market. What we are going to find out today is whether they can follow that success with the Roccat ISKU Illuminated Gaming Keyboard. Like the KONE[+] gaming mouse, the ISKU gaming keyboard has EasyShift[+] and when these two devices are paired together they can communicate with each other using the Roccat Talk protocol. There are three EasyShift[+] zones featuring 28 easy-to-reach macro keys, 5 doubly-programmable dedicated M-keys and 3 doubly-programmable Thumbster T-Keys. It is possible to assign different pre-defined functions to the eight media keys and you can also re-assign the F-keys to be used as shortcut or application launch keys. The illuminated keys have five levels of brightness and will auto dim when the keyboard has been idle for a predefined amount of time. If this hasn't got you interested then I don't know what will, please read on to find out more.

Samsung UN55D7000 55" LED 3D HDTV Review
Hardware Canucks posted a review of the new Samsung UN55D7000 55" LED 3D HDTV.

$2000 is more money than most people would pay for an HDTV but Samsung's new UN55D7000 is one of the few products that bridges the gap between lower quality sets and the ultra high end market. On paper, it doesn't look like any sacrifices have been made in order to hit a lower price point since the D7000's specifications and features look nearly identical to those of the $2700 8000-series. Could this be a bargain in disguise or are there some hidden pitfalls waiting beneath the surface?

SilenX EFZ-92HA3 Compact Tower Heatsink Review
FrostyTech posted a review on the SilenX EFZ-92HA3 Compact Tower Heatsink

Standing 125mm tall, the SilenX EFZ-92HA3 heatsink is equipped with a single 92mm fan that rotates at 2200-800RPM. It has space for a second 92mm fan on the back side (rubber mounts included). At full fan speed the heatsink is pretty quiet, in part due to the fan SilenX have selected and in part because it's mounted on rubber posts which help to dampen vibrations. This diminutive cooler weighs 422grams and installs onto Intel socket 775/1155/1156/1366 and AMD socket 754/939/940/AM2/AM3/FM1 processors.

Asus 23.6" ET2410IUTS-B019C All-In-One PC Review
HotHardware.com takes a look at the Asus 23.6" ET2410IUTS-B019C All-In-One PC

The AIO PC form factor isn't new by any means, but it's only recently begun to make a broad market appearance across a number of manufacturers beyond Apple or HP, who were among the first to pioneer the form factor. Better touchscreen technology, combined with lower prices, has made AIO PCs both practical and affordable. The ET2410 from Asus attempts to be both of these things. It's an $850 system built around Intel's Sandy Bridge platform and packaged in an ultra-slim body that looks fashionable and takes up very little space, despite bringing a sizable 23.6-inch touchscreen to the AIO party...

Dune HD Smart H1 Media Player Review
MissingRemote checked out the Dune HD Smart H1 Media Player

Connected media streamers, like the pair from Roku and NETGEAR that we reviewed recently, focus on providing access to IP content but generally cannot handle local media well enough (if at all) to be a viable unifying solution. Until we have enough bandwidth, and services able to deliver quality audio/video services over the Internet, those devices act as a supplement to players like the Dune HD Smart H1 that we will look at today. Locally cached content includes a diverse set of file types and formats, so H1’s support for disc-less Blu-ray, M2TS, MKV, and all of the codecs commonly found within is an essential starting point.
