Overclocker´s Workbench has posted a review on the DFI AK70 Rev A+ Slot A mainboard. Here a snippet:

In order to support Athlon´s high efficiency, the power consumption has increased drastically. Generally, the current is 35A, and the future types may need a current as high as 45A or even more. Under such circumstance, there will be a great amount of heat being produced. This requires that K7 motherboard must incorporate an excellent power supply design to solve the heat dissipation problem, in order to ensure the stability of system operating with high efficiency. Here AK70 will not only be able to provide the high efficiency from the AMD Athlon CPU, but also ensure the system stability while maintaining the speed through sufficient power from its multi-phase power supply.
