PimpRig has posted a review up on a 475W Noisetaker PSU by Enermax.

The knob on the back lets you adjust the speed of the fans (yes both of them at the same time). When I turned it up to the "High" setting the fans became noticable. But on the low or middle setting they were totally silent.
