One company that internally forecasted the hike in SDRAM prices was Gainward and they never intended on making an MX420 graphics card with SDRAM. They worked on their own design to allow the MX420 to be used with DDR and thus they already have their MX420 powered graphics card ready, while others are starting to absorb the SDR to DDR shift.Read more
