Tech Review has posted a comparsion between the 32MB and the 64MB GeForce2.

Already known as the dominating force in the 3D graphic arena, Nvidia´s GeForce 2 GTS is the hottest graphics chip on the market. Several 3rd party manufacturers have given the chip some magic and served up two different versions, one featuring 32 MB of DDR memory and another featuring 64 MB. With around $100 between the two, is the extra 32 MB of memory worth your extra Ben Franklin?

Well, before I reveal the benchmarks and analysis, let´s discuss a little known fact about the GeForce 2 GTS. When looking at the GeForce 2 GTS specifications you will find that the chip has a pixel fill rate of 800 megapixels per second. This is very impressive in the world of graphic accelerators, but it´s only the chip´s theoretical fill rate derived by multiplying its core speed (200 MHz) by the number of pixel pipelines (4). Unfortunately, the actual fill rate of the entire GeForce 2 package doesn´t quite perform at 800 megapixels per second due to the limitation of the DDR memory used.
