OCWorkbench has posted a review on the Gigabyte GV-R98P256D 256M R9800Pro Graphics Card

This third model which has 256M looks identical to the ATi card. It uses Samsung KAN26323AE-GC22 DDR memory which is DDR-II 2.2ns. In our tests, we will look at default core/mem clk and overclocked results.
