Overclockers New Zealand has posted a review on the Iwill XP333-R MAGiK 1 M1647 (Rev C) motherboard.

Iwill was the first manufacturer to lunch an AMD DDR motherboard, KA-266. It was not a popular product back then, due to high DDR costs and marginal/no improvement over SD-RAM. XP333-R is built on its KA-266 Plus with a new revision of Ali chipset, revision C. The board packs plenty of features, PCI divider up to 1/6, DDD-2700 support, hardware 6 channels sound and ATA-133 support.
