Avault has posted a review on the Linksys BEFSR41 V.2 EtherFast Cable/DSL Router.

On the front there is a power light and status lights for each of the four 10/100 full-duplex switch ports. There is also a dedicated set of status lights for the WAN connection. The LED design is one of the most easy to read, user friendly configurations we have seen: At a single glance you can gauge the status of each port without confusion. For each of the four switched ports, there is a green Link/Act light that is solid when a link is detected and blinks when activity occurs across that line. The Full/Col light tells you quickly if you have a full duplex connection by lighting a solid green. If there ever happens to be a data collision, which is more rare with switches than with hubs, it will blink. Finally, there is a dedicated 100 light: If the status light is not lit, you have a 10 megabit connection to the network. If it is lit a bright orange, you have a clear 100 megabit connection. When you combine the status of the Full/Col light and the 100 light, you can instantly tell if you have a full duplex connection for 20/200 megabit performance.
