Serial Addiction has posted a review on Maxtor's new D740X ATA133 Hard Drive.

It's hard to believe that it has been almost five months since Maxtor's acquisition of Quantum's Hard Drive Division. It seems to me that this acquisition brought with it some great new technologies. My reasoning behind this is that Maxtor hadn't announced any of these new standards (Big drive, ATA133 etc…) until just after they acquired Quantum.
