Building and running an e-commerce site can be extremely complicated.

To make it easier, Microsoft this week unveiled Microsoft® Commerce Server 2000, a major upgrade of Site Server 3.0 Commerce Edition that includes broad new functionality for personalization, user and catalog management and sophisticated business analytics. Commerce Server 2000 is scheduled to be available this fall, and users can register now to test and evaluate the beta version. Microsoft also announced strong industry support for Commerce Server 2000 in the form of products that build on and tightly integrate with its content management and business analytics capabilities.
