As expected, Microsoft Corp. on Thursday released interim Build 2481 of Windows XP to a core group of its technical beta testers. The build is likely to be one of the last before Microsoft issues Release Candidate 1 to a far broader group of testers and Preview Program customers in the next few weeks.
