Microsoft Security Bulletin MS00-008 announces the availability of a tool that eliminates vulnerabilities posed by several registry keys in Microsoft® Windows NT® 4.0. The default permissions on these keys could allow an unprivileged user to take unauthorized actions on a machine that he or she could interactively log onto.
