Overall, MSI made a pretty decent graphics card with the RX600XT. I liked the bundled items that came in the package and the fancy packaging. Nevertheless, the performance to price ratio of the RX600XT makes it fall behind Nvidia's 6600GT offering. Considering that the RX600XT is sold close to a 6600GT, I would not recommend you to buy a RX600XT.
