The-Ctrl-Alt-Del send words that x3dfx has put up new Voodoo 3/4/5 beta drivers.

These drivers are beta and as such are not supported by 3dfx or x3dfx. These drivers are not packaged with 3dfx tools. You will need a previous version of your 3dfx graphics card´s driver already installed on your system. You can then use these kits to upgrade your driver files.
