Sporting a 3.8-inch, 800x480 display, 5MP camera with the same tech you find in the more powerful Lumia 820 and Lumia 920, VGA front snapper, NFC technology, Wi-Fi and Bluetooth, Nokia reckons the Lumia 620 will give you "the most fun for your money".
Running the show is a 1GHz dual-core processor and 512MB of RAM – which should easily be able to cope with Windows Phone 8 - and a microSD card will allow you to expand on the 8GB of internal storage.
