The performance of this budget cooler certainly lived up to its promises. For a retail value of only $16, you really can't go wrong with this thing. There are many other CPU coolers out there that can easily cost you twice as much, and still won't deliver the same performance. While the Dominator II is a great value for its money, it does have quite a loud fan. If you are the type of person who enjoys the quiet, then this cooler isn't for you.
