The Samsung SGH-D500 is definitely one of the better phones from Samsung. With a large memory of 96MB memory, 1.3 mpixel camera and bluetooth capability, it is the first Samsung phone that puts it on par with the big boys who are dominating the market with their bluetooth phones.
