DreamWare Computers posted a review on the Samsung WB850F Digital Camera

There's lots of great camera options on the market if you're ready to upgrade from your point-and-shoot to something a little more advanced. A lot of users will go straight to an SLR since SLR prices have gotten much lower over the years. Also starting to gain popularity are CSC, or compact system cameras which give you an SLR-like experience with interchangeable lenses but because they don't use a traditional mirror system they're much smaller. Both SLR and CSC cameras are a great and affordable upgrade when you're ready to move away from point-and-shoot cameras, but both have the same drawback; they're still fairly large and aren't pocket friendly in the least.

The solution to the problem of wanting more advanced camera features without the large size of an SLR or CSC camera is where Samsung's latest WB850F fits right in. The WB850F is an extended 21x zoom camera that isn't much larger than a high end point-and-shoot but it offers advanced functionality such as full manual and program modes, WiFi and GPS, a pop-up flash and control over your pictures usually only associated with an SLR or CSC camera. Did I mention the WB850F will still fit comfortably in your pocket for easy travel?
