Today, I plan to take a thorough look at Seagate’s latest addition to their Barracuda 7200.X lineup of hard disk drives to see how this drive compares to their Barracuda 7200.7 SATA drive and to Hitachi’s T7K250 SATA II hard drive. I was lucky enough to secure not one, but two 500GB Barracuda 7200.9 drives to be able to put them through the paces in a RAID configuration as well.
