The box, the manual, and even the power supply itself all boast the list of power and anti-noise features that are built-in to the Super Silencer. In my eyes, that much boasting is a big red signal to take a product to task and make sure it lives up to the hype. Did the Super Silencer 400W PSU live up to the hype?
