T-Break has posted a review on the Shuttle AK31 motherboard based on the KT266 chipset.

Voltage wise the AK31 offers a nice range to select from. The way the AK31 handles voltage is slightly different from other motherboards. For example say you have a 1GHz CPU running at 1.75V. The AK31 will offer you voltage settings such as –0.025V, -0.275V, +0.025V and finally +0.275V. If you add the maximum that is +0.275 to 1.75V you’ll notice that the board is actually supplying the CPU with 2.025V. If you keep up on reviews about other motherboard you’ll know that 2.025V is way higher than what other motherboards can ever hope to offer. Most top out at 1.85V where as the AK31 is giving you a maximum of 2.025V. This is excellent but we advise extreme caution at this voltage. Overall in the overclocking department the AK31 looks to be the best motherboard we’ve ever come across.
