GideonTech has took a quick look at some silver rounded cables.

Both the floppy and IDE cables are 18 in length. The length goes from the connector to the middle connector (11) to the ending connector (18). Ample length to reach in most cases, including full towers. One thing I did not like was that the cables themselves are a bit too rigid. I had to bend them a bit before they stayed in the right shape I wanted.
