The digital revolution has moved at a rapid fire pace by introducing new technological advances that are surpassing old legacy applications. A few years ago the VCR or Video Cassette Recorder was state of the art providing consumers an alternative method to record televised media. Fast forward to the present and multimedia standards have changed evolving into a new digital medium.
