Capsule Gaming Headset Roundup: Entries from Logitech, SteelSeries, and Razer @ Anandtech
People underspend on peripherals. There, I said it. Paying up for quality, be it a keyboard, a mouse, or a gaming headset, usually results in a measurably better experience. I watched my best friend's boyfriend's face light up when he started talking about the Corsair K70 keyboard I recommended to him, and it's not an unusual reaction: people often don't know how good things can be.

Gaming headsets are a trickier proposition. First, audiophiles should just close this review now, because these products straight up aren't for you. That's not to say these headsets offer poor sound quality, but they're not calibrated for and not designed for studio accurate sound. Their primary reasons for being are to produce an immersive gaming experience with usable positional audio and to offer decent microphone communication for VoIP. For these products, the issues turn into whether or not the headset is comfortable, sound is at least of palatable quality, the positional audio is effective, and the features included are useful.

XMG P303 Pro Gaming Laptop Review @ HardwareHeaven.com
Of course 17" ultra-thin laptops are not the only option when it comes to portable gaming/power use. The other end of the scale see's us dip into the 13" form factor and while those systems might not be quite as thin they are very portable. So today we take a look at XMGs P303 which sticks to that 13" size while still including high end Intel and NVIDIA components. Let's see how it does against the 17" competition in the form of the Razer Blade R2 and brand new MSI GS70 Stealth."

SilverStone SST-AR01 CPU Cooler Heatsink Review @ Benchmark Reviews
SilverStone may be known for their cooling, but not necessarily their CPU coolers. As a company, they've brought forward many innovations and unique, successful approaches to the ATX case standard with their AP series fans and rotated motherboard enclosures. It's not that SilverStone is a stranger to CPU cooling - there were the Nitrogen special-application series before the new Argon series, as well as the Heligon high-performance line of heat-sinks. The Argon AR01, AR02, and AR03 are all designed to be more accessible alternatives for enthusiasts, with each model fulfilling a specific purpose. The SilverStone SST-AR01 is designed to be a price/performance leader in the market, and is the cooler that Benchmark Reviews will be taking a look at today.

NuGuard KX for the iPad mini Review @ TestFreaks
For today’s review we will be checking out the NuGuard KX for the iPad mini. Designed by the folks at OWC, well known for their Apple accessories the NuGuard KX offers military grade protection for your Apple tablet. This case is designed for folks wanting OtterBox like protection without the extreme bulkiness

It works two fold using a plastic protective shell along with an energy distributing liner made of something called X-Orbing gel. OWC selected this material as it redistributes the energy from an impact across the gel liner instead of the iPad mini. The NuGuard KX for the iPad mini is even military drop test certified.
