Tweakers Australia has updated their DDR memory roundup

Corsair Microsystems have been around for quite some time now, producing some very high quality memory modules for the consumer as well as high-end workstation and server market segments. The Corsair XMS (Extreme Memory Speed) modules are designed and tested for 100% stability at high speeds, and in the case of the XMS3000 module, the bar is raised to the unofficial PC3000 specification, or 185MHz (370MHz DDR). The 256MB module is configured using 32MB x 8 DDR SDRAM chips each rated at 6ns and with a latency of 2. The Corsair XMS3000 module also comes with heat-spreaders on either side, adding some aesthetic value as well as helping to minimise heat related performance interference.
