Usually much of the focus in the CPU market is in the high end, where we have $500+ Pentium 4 2.8GHz CPU’s or “mainstream” CPU’s like the Athlon XP 2200+ and the Pentium 4 1.8A. However, many people don’t need the power of even the mainstream CPU’s, and don’t have enough money to buy them, which cost around $130-150, and often they look at the “budget” or “value” CPU’s. This is a very important market that I'm going to be looking at today. So I looked around the market, and there are CPU’s with Heatsink Fan’s available for around $40-$70. These CPU’s that I found were AMD’s Duron 1.1 and 1.3GHz, Athlon XP 1700+ and Intel’s Celeron 1.0A and 1.3GHz..
