512MB PC133 SDRAM DIMMs hit the market this week, at a price point that we´d describe as being "nose-bleed high". Also, nice price drops hit both PC800 and PC600 RDRAM modules at the upper end of the memory market, no doubt this will come as good news to hard core Rambus users.
