ipKonfig has posted a review on Windows XP Release Candidate 1

Microsoft has made their name in the books this time around with their latest, soon to come, operating system. Most Windows users, at least myself, believe that Windows XP is way over due from Microsoft, but that of course is a matter of opinion. Being that Windows XP is built on the famous Windows 2000 architect, we know it´s coming from better source code than previous Windows.

Not only are we seeing a new operating system from Microsoft, but a whole new design makeover as well. Microsoft has gone through great extent to bring forth something totally different from what most are used to. Question behind this is: Are people going to like the new look?
