When I go to stutdown I get the following message.
"Windows-The minimum Virtual Memory Setting is too low. Try increasing the paging file size."
I have done nothing to cause this and do not understand why it happens. Even if I set min and max at 768mb or let windows manage it I still get the error message.
Could this be a virus or something. I always had the page file at 384/768 and i never had a problem so I don't get this at all. And it only happens at shutdown. Thanks for any ideas guys.

Try deleting the page file first then remake it at a set size. I had probs with my page file when i first installed xp pro and doing that cured the prob.
