8 MB Permedia 2 graphics card
popular for CAD applications (OpenGL). Windows 2000 CD has driver for
card which partially works. Download latest NT 4.0 Permedia 2 drivers
from 3dlabs site and install in place of Windows 2000 CD drivers.
Addendum to earlier suggestion to use
Permedia 2 Windows NT 4.0 graphics card drivers on 3DLabs Web site
instead of drivers off Windows 2000 CD: Windows NT 4.0 drivers from
3DLabs site support OpenGL graphics but not DirectX graphics. Windows
2000 CD drivers support DirectX graphics but not OpenGL graphics. I have
had to switch to Windows 2000 CD drivers for games that do not support
OpenGL well like Descent 3 and games that require DirectX.
