Does not work for me under XP SP3.
I get an application error with memory cannot be "written".

Movies and cut scenes do not play. You get the audio for the movies, but no video. Also, the background music on the menu screens has that "broken record" effect of gatting stuck on some notes.
That actual game play itself appears to run fine.

It works, sort of. If you like your screen resolution settings to get changed and desktop icons shuffled around each time you play the game. The game play itself is sluggish and the sound choppy on my Pentium4 computer running XP SP3. Not worth the hassle to play on newer system. Might be worthwile on older win95 or win98 computer.
