It is not working on XP, XP_SP1, XP_SP2 and or any other operating systems that do not have support for directx 6.0 fully functioning api and media.
It needs DirectX 6.0
Has no issues to solve the problem, just install an old opsystem like win98 or 95 (not even in virtual machines because of the D3D incompatibility) and setup dx6 with dxmedia.

Some site sell it and says working on XP but i know it isnt.
(they* miswritten other informations about it too like needed configuration)
*many not named game reseller sites
